Rook

I climbed a hill as light fell short,
And rooks came home in scramble sort,
And filled the trees and flapped and fought
And sang themselves to sleep.

Sorry for the repetition, it's all in the name of research.

What a beautiful day it was today! We had a delicious lunch at The Foresters Arms in Graffham, did a bit of gardening and... jet washing! A quick walk to see Lulu. All that and it's still light!
