Crumbling

Sandstone isn’t the best thing to build with, unless you look after it carefully. The rest of this wall, not in shot, is just a pile of rubble.

A metaphor for ourselves, really. The better we look after ourselves, physically as well as mentally, the more likely we are to flourish, the less likely to crumble.  

Now, I must heed my own advice.

This is yesterday’s blip, really, but it’s not quite midday yet so if I’m quick it will look like it’s still yesterday.
