feather in the forest
had a great day with Anne - Clydeborn - starting with a delicious lunch at her house followed by a long walk and a good blether in the Devilla Forest, where we found some amazing fungi clinging at right angles to the trees, but didn't find any of the three wee lochs in there somewhere!! next time we will take a map!
I liked this feather, also sticking out at right angles, speared into a bush. it is the first time I have blipped a feather!!
we then went to The Walled Garden, just along the road, a new small garden centre and coffee shop. It it still under construction but the temporary small coffee shop served us lovely coffee and cake!
A drive down to the lovely village of Culross was spoiled by a sudden heavy rain shower, so we called it a day at that point. We did, however, hatch a plan to take a bliptrip down to the Northumberland coast in early May for a couple of nights. So I now have four long weekends away in the next 5 weeks!!!
