The largest newspaper in the Principality of Asturias is La Nueva España. This is how it sees the leader of the British Government.
I´ll translate the headline and the last pararagraph. 
"The politician lives submerged in a parallel reality and his only objective is to survive as the Prime Minister of the United Kingdom. His task is contradicted by new photos that have appeared of his parties in the middle of the pandemic". 
Last para:  "All flows towards a future unification (of Northern Ireland) with the Irish Republic. Traditional Conservative England will be left either alone or with only Wales, the poor brother of an empire which exists only in the imagination of those who write the scripts for James Bond". 
I´ll spare you al the more damning and condemnatory content of the article. These are not my comments, of course: I´m just showing how a mainstream, mass circulation, foreign newspaper is depicting the state of Britain today.
