Black Steel...

Time to clean the gear-train and chain in anticipation of getting out for a run over the next couple of weeks as weather forecast is good for next couple of weeks. I bought a little chain cleaner and brush some time ago and using my fave degreaser had it glimmering in no time.

Garmin and heart rate strap charged and ready to go all I need is the gumption to get my arse of the sofa, maybe tomorrow!
