Lovely long walk this morning with lots of people to stop and chat to. 

We decided to enjoy the sun and the canal side views from the Black Horse on our return.

In the afternoon, Nigel dropped in with lots garden plants for the cutting. In return, I gave him surplus crafting supplies from the dementia art groups.  Sylvia and Arthur will certainly enjoy making use of them.

We've beetroot burgers and roasted veg for dinner.
