Nordic loaf

Yesterday I made Mary Berry’s Nordic loaf ( again: since seeing it mentioned by NickyR Ive made it a lot!) but as a twist I made it half and half- dates and apricots.
My sister and her partner loved it so much, she texted me late last night that they’d stopped on the way home to buy all the seeds nuts and fruits required to make their own :)
