Meadow Pipit
A beautiful sunny day here today in the west of Scotland.
I love to walk by the sea in the sunshine so we drove down to the Ayrshire coast again for a walk on the beach in between Ardrossan and Seamill. Lovely views over the water to Arran and lots of seabirds to see: Wigeon, Oystercatchers, Eider, Cormorants, Redshank and Gulls.
My favourite today was a little bird foraging amongst the wall of seaweed along the shoreline, having checked my RSPB handbook and asked google lens, I opted for Rock Pipit but am happy to take advice from a fellow blipper and now changed to Meadow Pipit, another bird I have not noticed before and very happy to get a photograph of!
