On their way

I know that the vast, vast majority of blippers couldn’t care less about the Buffalo Bills or the NFL playoffs. But, as most of you know, I am a Bills fanatic. They defeated their long time nemesis, the New England Patriots, 47 - who cares! Will have to wait until Sunday’s games to know who’s next.

The blip is of a smaller stampeding buffalo in front of a large buffalo head. The sculpture came with mom from Buffalo when she moved to Arizona and has been on the top shelf of her antique secretary ever since. You may think my obsession with the Bills is weird. I guarantee you that the Bills mafia are the most ardent fans in the NFL.

Did I mention that there were more than 65,000 screaming fans in the stadium with a wind chill of -12°/-24° ?

A Man takes a seat at the Buffalo Bills playoff game. He looks to his left and sees an empty seat between him and another man.

He says, “Who would ever miss a Bills playoff game?

“That was my wife’s seat,“ says the guy. “We’ve been to every Bills game for the last 20 years, but sadly she passed away.”

The first man says, “That’s terrible, but couldn’t you find another family member, friend, or someone else to come with you?“

The guy says, “No, they’re all at the funeral.“


Now that’s a Bills fan!
