Meat Loaf

Meat loaf with prosciutto in tomato and porcini sauce, broccoli, farro salad with kale and dates, Ossau-Iraty cheese, and olives. Wine: Banfi Brunello di Montalcino 2009.

Unusual for a Sunday, this was originally planned as dinner for Friday. Delayed, but delicious.
