Friday: Western Hemlock (Apparently)

I had the day off today.  We had an enjoyable morning running errands.  After breakfast, we quickly packed a case and then headed down to Granville to pick up supplies for the weekend (we’re away with P&J and are responsible for breakfast and lunch). 

Then on to the dentist where K had an appointment.  I had a good read in the car while waiting.  Back via the liquor store for weekend supplies, home for lunch and then off to pick up P&J (who had already texted that we should come earlier as they were worried we wouldn’t fit all our supplies in the car).  

Then off to the ferry at Horseshoe Bay, over to Langdale on the Sunshine Coast, and now ensconced in Sechelt.  Great first night with wine and dinner courtesy of P&J (they’re doing the dinners for the weekend).
