A great Tai Chi session this morning. Now if I could look S tall, slim and lovely as C by doing all this Tai Chi that would be terrific, a blind king miracle but fabulous!

I've just caught up on the Pottery Throw Down, it's amazing what they an do. What I love about this programme is that you actually see both judges showing the contestants how to do one of the challenges.

Just popped into the garden to take this photo of some of the camellia buds.

Contemplating whether it's worth going to Brockholes Nature Reserve in Lancs tomorrow or not!
