Blue Sky and Yellow Balls

A beautiful sunshine and a lovely blue sky gave me enough daylight for outdoor training today. It was wonderful and we all enjoyed it. 

My shoulder has been hurting recently, so I went to see my massage guy today. It is one of these things you wonder why you didn't do a lot sooner. Hopefully I will sleep better tonight and feel better tomorrow.
