Trusty running-shoes

My diary is just a bit on the busy-side over the next few weeks, so I'm highly likely to have to resort to some emergency blip-topics in coming days!

First up is this hasty snap of my trusty running-shoes ... this pair were bought about 18-months ago and are serving me very well: that said, my previous pair lasted some 7-years, so these ones have still (hopefully!) got a few miles to go, in order to catch up ;-)

Still attending my local JogScotland Group every Monday evening, and have even undertaken a few Saturday morning Parkruns since the turn of the year ... no actual race-events, as such, until April; but steady preparation is everything :-))
