A Murmuration of Starlings

Another beautiful sunny day at RSPB nature reserve where I caught this 'ball' of starlings grouping together before they fly into the nearby trees.  You could hear their feathers in flight as they changed direction.
Some were already waiting on the nearby wall and their cacophony of sound was incredible, they seemed to be using the time for lively discussing and sorting out arguments and yet, they know how to work together as one.  They could teach us all something.
