Another busy day…..

……. In the kitchen, steak pie, lentil soup and black forest cheesecake. Mr PC did his speciality Roast ham .

We set off just after three o’clock to Leeds Bradford airport to pick up my son, beautiful sunny afternoon.

We arrived at the airport to find the free car park was closed for maintenance. The only alternative was the pick up and drop off (big mistake) at £5 for ten minutes. Unfortunately we were through the barriers before realising the rates for parking. Virtually doubling if you overstay. Daylight robbery -and to cap it all his flight was delayed, so we decided to leave the car park and wait at the pub down the road. When he was ready we picked him up on the roadside to avoid another fiver.

Home safe and sound and just finished supper.
