Heading South

This is the ferry Bluebridge heading out of the harbour this morning as we were having our early morning stagger. Another nice day in the Capital with a pleasant 23c and windless and The Boss managed 9 km.
It was an intriguing moment this morning when his watch reported that his average walking heart rate had dropped substantially from Decembers at almost 100 to 83. You cant beat a plumbing upgrade.....
