Attended Caelan’s mums funeral online , her brother, Adam sang beautifully (in Spanish) and played guitar - a gorgeous song about a mothers hands. V moving .
We had dinner with Caelan, Adam and Nick after they returned from the funeral in Dublin. All emotionally exhausted. Friends provided the food , they provided the space. It was a perfect light hearted , but poignant evening .
Claire the chef from Cloughjordan House made me these muffins - one one ever made me 12 gluten free anything’s before - what a lovey lady . I managed half of one because I had choc mousse and cheese & crackers as well . We rolled home !
