Warning!! Mind How You Go

Whislt walkig around a local forest, we came across these two warning signs on each side of the path.  I thought the scene would offer a decent photo especially with the path and even the arrows acting as good leading lines. 

Apart from the path being a bit wet and muddy, and even gettting up to the top end of the path, where there was a pedestrain swing gate to open, we could not see anything that obvious that would warrant the two signs.
