A very very frosty morning (best viewed large)

It was below freezing -2 when we took the dogs this morning, I was glad to get back to the car, but the frost on the fields and the dawn peeping   out of the mist was quite beautiful. There were lots of frosty grasses to capture, but it was too cold to take my gloves off so just captured this one shot, you can just see Ferry Bridge power station (now not used and some of the cooling towers gone) in the distance against the rising sun.

Came home and haven't done very much at all. will be going for an afternoon coffee and a bun shortly and maybe watch Watercolour Challenge on channel 5, Yesterday the TV mag said it was at Scarborough but it was at Plymouth today it says Goathland  but we wait in anticipation. Such excitement is overwhelming. How sad is that LOL.

Molly's foot seems to have cleared up nicely so I am stopping the gel application as the vet said give it a week and it's a week since we saw her. Hope it doesn't come back.

The rest of the day from lunchtime was bright and sunny but still cold. more frost forecast for tonight so the windscreen cover has gone on again.
