Micro engraved

As u3a speaker coordinator I had the pleasure of introducing Graham Short at our monthly meeting today. I can’t take the credit for his booking as it’s been delayed since 2020, but he was definitely worth his fee! His talk was titled Hands of Genius which doesn’t come close.
He has an amazing skill of micro engraving achieved by working at night to avoid vibrations from outside, Botox to steady his eye muscles and beta-blockers to lower his heart rate to a resting rate of approx 20 beats per minute as well as daily swimming. He works in between heartbeats . His life , works and stories and anecdotes were slick and funny, including celebrities he has met,all delivered in a deadpan Brummie accent.
