woodland walks

Gorgeous day today and it actually felt quite warm :)
Today we went to Haldon woods near Exeter for some fresh air. Its a fab place for a leisurely stroll or bike ride and there are lots of other activities going on there too.
Here you can see Haldon belvedere, an 18th century tower, also known as Lawrence Castle, a Grade II* listed triangular tower, originally built in 1788 and now used for weddings, functions and holiday apartments. we could see it up on the hill as we were walking around looking very mystical in the distance. There were some stunning views from some points in the walk, i had trouble picking my blip tonight.
