Ceased to Exist

I have discovered that my walking boots have given up the ghost, they are no more, they have ceased to be, they're stiff, bereft of life etc etc.  I shall need to pay a visit and invest in new boots.  Any suggestions?

A busy day, ticking a few more things off my to-do list.  But it almost feels like I've ceased to exist also.

Managed a good power ramble before lunchtime meetings.

Today I am thankful for: 

1.  A good power ramble
2.  Salmon and potato bread tea
3.  Apple crumble for dessert
