Curry

I made a vegetable curry with some butternut squash and cauliflower for tomorrow night. As I am on cooking duty this week - and because I will be out tomorrow evening - I planned ahead and made a dish for tonight and this for tomorrow. All we’ll need to do is heat this up when I return. For much of lockdown PY has been doing all the cooking. He finds it relaxing whereas I generally find it a bit of a chore but I have been enjoying all the cooking over the past few days. Given current workloads, I suspect that I will be doing it for a few weeks and, surprisingly, I am not finding that though too daunting. The only downside is that the dishwasher has broken so I do need to take responsibility for all the cooking utensils: having a one pot recipe book really helps with that.
