Work today, so I haven't walked anywhere (except around the supermarket afterwards). Of course, I have been on my feet all day but that's not the same :-)

Sarah is going to the Lake District tomorrow to run a stage of the Bob Graham. Here she is looking at maps and planning her day. The weather looks good so hopefully she will have good visibility to make route finding easier. She knows the hills quite well from all the walking holidays we have been on over the years, but this is something quite different. Preparation and planning are so important.

I'm off on a wee trip tomorrow as well..watch this space!
