Good plan.

Our older son and his wife (!) had their wedding reception here on 15 July 2021. We’d such a great day. We’d a nice lunch here today, a good experience again. We don’t go out much, so it’s important to go to places that “feel right.” They make a good effort re Covid19 compliance here.

We’d a walk along the foreshore path at Cramond afterwards. Cold wind off the water.

The Scottish Government statement in Parliament today confirmed the omicron protective measures brought in in December 2021 are to be lifted on 24 January. “We’re on the downward slope of omicron curve” the First Minister said. Caution is still needed. Some basic mitigation’s eg face coverings and vaccine passports etc remain in place.
