These give you a great idea of the type of day it was. I took the top picture at 11:07 AM and the bottom one at 6:02 PM. That’s rain you see coming down, not sun beams. I kept seeing different things in the other photo. First I saw Minnie Mouse kissing Mickey Mouse. But ultimately I settled on an alien, wearing flight goggles, soaring by on a space ship, assisted by an outdoor motor.

In between, I finally sought medical advice about my cough, wheezing and general ickiness which caused me to postpone my trip. It seems that I have a respiratory infection. I’ve been given steroids and antibiotic, and of course, I’m to do all of the other stuff you’re supposed to do when you’re sick. YAY!
