Gateway, Dalkeith Palace

I have passed this gateway many times over the years but had never really noticed how grand it is. There appears to have been some renovation work done on it. The gate is one of the entrances to Dalkeith Palace which is still a splendid building lying within Dalkeith Country Park.
Exam preparation nearly complete so a good Italian meal out tonight at The Cavaliere in Dalkeith which has never dropped in quality in all the time we have gone there
