It's a silo, but is it art?

It seems that every Australian town with a grain silo feels the urge to daub it with paint. This is at Cowell, on the Eyre Peninsula in South Australia. The work was painted by artist Austin 'Nitsua' Moncrieff over a 3 week period in August 2019. It features a local camel breeder, Lionel Deer, one of his camels, Diamantina, a Port Lincoln parrot and a ruined farmhouse. I'm lost for words!
