Hazel – Corylus avellana

8°C  -  17 mph NW Wind Speed  -  25 mph Gusts  -  Cloudy with Sunny Intervals.  The Hazel Catkins (I always call them Lambstails) were looking good in the sun this afternoon, but the gusts of wind were very frequent so I got a lot of blurry shots!  Looks as if I might get lots of nuts this year  -  last year was a disappointment because most of the shells were empty!  Oh! I've just learnt it is my 3,000th Blip  -  and I don't feel a day older☺☺
