There’s only one F in Falkirk

nice day for a jaunt to Falkirk, train through to Falkirk High, a walk along the canal for a bit, up though woodland and onto not so bonny Bonnybridge, back via another woodland and the Antonine Wall and the canal path back to Falkirk, 10 miles in some sunshine
