Starling's bottom

I thought I'd taken loads of birdie pictures today, but this was all that was on the camera. I must have taken the shots in my head.

It's been a lovely day. I still needed two pairs of socks, but it was sunny enough to head out into the garden for some much-needed sowing of seeds and weeding in preparation for the warmer weather and rain next week.

I've just had a look at the forecast and we might even get double figures tomorrow - there's 10 degrees mooted at 4pm. It also looks like it will be dry. Hooray! The signs are all up for FEAST (they were found, but I don't know the story behind their disappearance yet), the sun may be shining - bring it on!
