Droopy

It was the first golf competition of the year today, a sign that Winter is officially over even if it's not actually getting any warmer! My team won't have won but we didn't embarrass ourselves either which is about as much as I could have hoped for given recent form.

The Jambos were on the telly when we finished - just who agrees to these 12 noon kick-offs by the way? - and I watched for half an hour but they were really pretty rubbish so I left and went up to see my Mum instead. Couldn't believe it when I heard they had won; maybe I've been jinxing them all this time without knowing?

Then up to the allotment for a couple of hours weeding before picking up a curry and heading home to watch Episode 1 of BBC4's latest Swedish crime series, The Blinded Man.

Brought some daffs back with me to re-stock - a few of the last lot have blooming well had it.
