Can't remember

Didn't have a clue what to use for a blip today so scanning around my office I noticed this. I hadn't used it in years until a couple of months ago but kept it because, well, you know.
For the life of me, I can't remember what I used it for.

It won't keep me awake all night, that's for sure.
