Lamb Pizza
Lamb pizza, salad with Red Dragon cheese, and shishito peppers. Wine: Kirkland Signature Sonoma County Old Vine Zinfandel 2018.
I made the pizza with some leftover roasted leg of lamb tossed with chopped sun dried tomatoes and oil cured olives, cumin, oregano buds, and yellow aji chili paste. I finished the pizza with some crema Mexicana. It was fantastic.
