Day 95 of 365 - Long live the Tree!

Welcome to day 95 of 365 (Finished image after Editing)

The original photo was taken this afternoon of a tree in Baginton, Warwickshire. However this is not any Old tree. It is said that this Oak Tree is over 500 years old. It is one of the oldest living trees in the whole of Warwickshire. It is also the symbol of the village of Baginton.

As always the shot was taken with my iPhone 5. The photo was taken using the camera App PureShot for iPhone and saved as a TIFF file in Square format before any editing. The original image can be found here: Unedited original Image.

Just two Apps used today to edit the image. First of all I used an App called Tadaa to edit the image. The edits were made by sharpening the image a little. I then boosted the Ambiance, Contrast and Saturation. I then applied a filter/frame called Vinage2. Finally I used the App Distressed FX to add extra texture to the image using the Birds Soulmate overlay and the Lazarus Texture.
