Northumberland countryside

A winter’s view looking south-west down towards the River South Tyne valley. Fourstones village is just visible, the road goes left just out of view. This is my ‘back way’ to our nearest town, Hexham. Today’s trip was to drop off food to the foodbank and to have two new rear tyres fitted. Our JRT got a nice walk while the lads fitted the tyres. Not the best photo, taken through the car front windscreen.
