Surprised…

to see me, or anybody up here, the hind bolted when it recovered! A wonderful late winter day in the hills, one of those when you feel you could walk for ever. Trouble is, getting back is difficult!
Plenty of deer on the higher hills, squirrels in the woodland and birds singing from first light.
