Blasta !

I've decided that the time had come to use up the food in the freezer - todays defrostings were puff pastry and ham with which I made ham and cheese puffs. They were both easy to make and surprisingly tasty.  I haven't done much cooking with pastry but may try some more.

Today also saw my monthly morning shift at the bookshop - it is a bit of a shock having to be up and out before 9 these days.  There were only a few people buying books but lots of donations were handed in which kept me bust. I also put all the sci-fi & fantasy novels back in alphabetical order.
