White goodness

I splurged on a store bought coconut cake in honor that we might see some other kind of white stuff.

The big ditch project got covered this morning before the rain. And yes, it is now a big muddy red mess. The red clay soil is just not even walkable. I usually park my car in this area but I am parked in the front yard until it dries out. I did go buy a bag of grass seed to spread so hoping the rain will not wash it all in one place.

Two more days until our 50th class reunion. Three people have contacted us that they or someone in their family are sick so not attending but we had already talked about possible no shows. The committee is excited and I know those attending will have a good time. I have all my batteries for the cameras charged and my three cameras and tripod ready to go.
