.....on a cold and frosty morning!

I took this shot of the frozen boating pond during cycle tots. It was delightfully sunny so it was great to have a reason to be put out and about .
Unfortunately I left Arthur’s helmet behind , I’m hoping that the two organisers gathered it in with all the other paraphernalia.
I will find out tomorrow.
This month , so far , I have walked 60 km. it doesn’t seem much but I thought it might be interesting to keep a tally and see if I can improve.
Almost the weekend again!
