Freddie came today. The chrysanthemums among the bunch are beautifully protected by little nets! The last Freddie surprise has benefitted from being in the conservatory and is actually still looking good. My extra.

I did a later run just before lunch and wanted to push my hill running. Needless to say, the distance was embarrassingly small. And it was jolly cold even at midday.

An appointment with my hairdresser this afternoon, and that’s Thursday gone! Oh, a Zoom chat with our friends in Dubai to report back on our visit last Saturday. I was wrapped up in a scarf, they were in t-shirts….
