Bait Digger

I took a pre-sunrise walk out past to the channel at Chalkwell and stopped on the way to take some shots of this bait digger with Southend Pier in the background. He noticed me and just stood there, unmoving, like this so I carried on taking shots as it's a wonderful pose. After about 30 seconds I went on my way and he carried on too. Kinda weird!
