Sunshine on Elie

I took this from the door of The Ship Inn in Elie while my friend parked her car. We then enjoyed a lovely lunch and catch-up.

When I got home Geordie and I walked along the Coastal Path then played with a ball in the park for a while. We were just home when Janice popped round with a sample of the new CBD balm she has been using for her sore knee. She’s delighted with the relief she is getting from using the balm for the last four weeks, so got a sample for me to try. I use CBD oil for my back, but have never tried the balm. We shall see how it goes.
