Gotcha!

This is very much an opportunistic snap; gone are the days when he was my willing muse!

Noo was pleased to have his hair “styled” at his favourite barbers. I also had my hair done today, but I am way down the scale in the beauty stakes, despite my ‘treatment’ costing x 10 £££££s. Never mind - I’m embracing old age! I did enjoy this morning’s run, however, despite being decrepit, and my lunchtime gym session must have delayed the ageing process a tad.
