View from here

Had a good walk with a good friend back in the neighborhood today and we ended up sitting for a few minutes in the little pocket park at the end of our block…facing the condo dock and GasworksPark across Lake Union.     I liked this angle on Gasworks and the bridge, and the details…you can even see a man on top of the hill with a dog on a leash( off the frame.)  The mountains are behind  the clouds but the sun kept creeping out and warming us.   Added an extra taken later from our 2nd story window…you can see the bench we were sitting on behind the Fairview Ave E and the MiniPark signs.

Will continue my ”stuff on a horizontal surface” series.   I looked back at blips from a couple years and added a couple that would qualify.   But there were very few…so I’ll keep going…Not going to include shelves.

2 basketball games streamed tonight... both the high school and the college grandsons  (both healthy at the moment) have had lots of injuries and covid on their teams ...it's a wonder there's any game at all..... but of course we grandparents love to see them on our tv screen. even for a few minutes.  :-)
