New trainers and new skills.

Master Pink has grown again and needed some new play shoes. Some green trainers to be precise. Green trainers with big boy shoe laces on. Mr Pink is teaching him how to tie shoe laces here. It's one of those skills you take for granted I think, especially when you try to teach it to another. It'll be an ongoing project, Master Pink was desperate to go outside to play.
Miss Pink and I went out to a party this afternoon. Her little friend Clara is turning 3 so Miss Pink and a few others from preschool were invited to play and have tea with her. It was a lovely party and Clara's mum is German so there were some German games and a German birthday cake, which was fun and a new experience for Miss Pink and her friends.
We watched "brave" at teatime with a pizza. The house is upside down as we are moving furniture about after the extension was finished. Brave is fab, we all enjoyed it.
Oh and by the time we came home from the party, the trainers were brown aswell as green - well and truly little boy Christened!!
