Super quick dinner!

I spent a whole day going through paperwork and sorting out bank accounts! There was a lot of switching of direct debts, standing orders and cancelling a couple of rarely used subscriptions. A good financial tidy up for the start of 2022! Not really a favourite job but very satisfying when it was complete. 
A quick dinner of cabbage, onions, bacon and couscous which was tasty but easy.
This evening I started a child's sweater dress which I'm going to knit on a round needle, unattempted before. It's a straightforward striped pattern, not even any armhole decreasing, so I thought it would be a good initiation to knitting in the round! Time will tell!
