I had some chalkboard material left over from making labels. I didn’t want it to just sit in my stash dong nothing. D wondered if I could make place mats for the girls in Canada. Mr Google obliged and a couple of hours later voila . Bit fiddly but easy to make
I listened to a podcast this morning about a little girl that went missing in Australia on 12th January 1970, shortly after her parents had arrived there from Bristol on the £10 package deal. 50 years on and they have arrested and charged a man with her murder. He was a person of interest at the time but the police didn’t follow his confession through and let him go. I am waiting for the final podcast to come out to see what the outcome of the court case is. Vert traumatic for the family especially for the 7year old brother , now a man of 60+ who was looking after her at the time.
