Snowdrops, a little further on from last week and  the Crocus are starting to appear too*

I've had a busy day in the kitchen.  Friends for lunch tomorrow, and the lady of the couple is magnificent in the culinary department, and most other things too, but she's still a very good friend!  .  Hope my menu turns out ok:

Starter::  Salmon, prawn, cream cheese and dill roll
Main:       Lamb Daube with apricots (now in the slow cooker), sweet spud and ordinary spud mash, seasonal veg.
Pud:         Homemade Raspberry Panacottas with homemade Raspberry Coolis and tiny homemade Florentines.
Maybe a cheeseboard and coffee to follow and perhaps a game, or two of UNO.

Now perfectly exhausted.
